Business development is important to a city’s tax base and the overall
quality of life. Incentives are often offered to stimulate such

Central Park
The past governing body felt Bel Aire was rapidly running out of room
for development. Wichita was gradually, through annexation, surrounding
Bel Aire. The council believed in order to maintain their independence
from the City of Wichita, they had to grow and expand its boundaries and
